We provide surveys for amphibian species such as the common frog (Rana temporaria) and the smooth newt (Triturus vulgaris), and also for the Common Lizard (Zootoca vivipara)
Ireland has two reptiles, the Common Lizard and the Slow-worm (Anguis fragilis). The Common Lizard is widespread in distribution, but the Slow-worm is an introduced species confined to Co. Clare.
We also have expertise in relation to the natterjack toad Epidalea calamita.
We cover amphibians and reptiles in any general ecology surveys we complete. if you have a requirement for particular survey please do not hesitate to contact us.
